I'm Maddie, a Senior UX designer of 9+ years. Originally from Australia, I'm lucky enough to spend my days surfing, helping organisations big and small uncover customers problems and turn insight into experiences fit for humans.

Outgoing by nature, I excel in communication and connect effortlessly with people from all walks of life. I prioritise building strong, supportive team cultures and genuinely care for those around me (professional and personal).
When I'm not immersed in UX design, you can find me surfing, camping out of my van (Viktor), planning events, DIY building projects, practising yoga or cooking an absolute feast for my partner and friends.
